9月1日下午，维多利亚vic003在工科楼三楼会议室召开全院教职工大会，学院党政领导班子成员和全院教职员工参加会议。会议由学院党委副书记李枚阳主持。

会上，院长卢才武做了题为《自强不息 追赶超越 努力开创学院发展新局面》的工作报告。报告结合学校目前发展形势，从上半年的工作、“十四五”期间学科发展目标、学科专业现状与存在的问题、下半年主要工作、学术能力提升措施五个方面，提出了学院实现高质量发展的工作思路及方法。卢才武指出,全体教职员工要凝心聚力，聚焦中心工作，结合各专业发展方向，抓好博士点申报及人才培养两大重点工作，转变思想观念，真抓实干，追赶超越，努力开创学院发展新局面。

党委书记魏彦民传达了学校党委书记朱晓渭、校长王树声在党政工研讨会上的讲话精神，并围绕专业认证、人才培养、博士点申报等重点工作做了动员。魏彦民对下半年学院党建工作提出要求：一是继续抓好党史学习教育，汲取党史学习能量与力量，统一思想，形成共识。二是着力加强院系领导班子建设，提高学院策划工作、推动工作及落实工作的能力。三是进一步夯实党建基础性工作。魏彦民强调，夯实基层党建工作，首先要发挥支部、党员的政治核心作用；二是努力营造团结协作氛围，上下同心；三是积极倡导进取包容文化，求同存异。希望各位老师继续努力往前干，保持信心，鼓足干劲，学院力争为各位老师创造更好的工作环境，共同促进学院实现高质量跨越式发展。
